For dialysis services to patients, nephrology centers collect and process the following personal data: name, gender, age, address, contact telephone number, ID number, TIN, SSN, social security registration number, insurance fund and health data such as medical history, results of diagnostic and medical operations and analysis of hematological examination through blood sampling.
For security reasons, in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Nephrology Centers, there is a closed circuit television (CCTV), through which they record images of patients, visitors and employees in the public areas of the facilities. The recording of images and the processing of data is done in accordance with the current legislation.

The storage data for as long as the patient visits one of our Nephrology centers. According to Law 3418/2005, the patient’s medical record is kept for 10 years. The data are then kept for an additional 10 years for security reasons and possible controls by government agencies.
